This conservative political organization had the opportunity to stage the largest gathering they had ever done: 22,000 attendees. KMG teamed up with strategic partner Frosch, to produce the show at the American Airlines Center in Dallas. KMG created a full graphics and animation package for the arena media system, wrote the show script, and called and coordinated the six-camera event.

Heidelberg Engineering

The complex concept of lipofuscin accumulation in the eye and its related cause to retinal cell death and macular degeneration were tackled in a series of interactive experiences, animations, and product demos for this leading manufacturer of multi-modiality imaging scopes. With ophthalmologists as the target audience, questions and information were written, animations created and the whole package assembled for this three-day conference.

We are in our sixth year supporting this major user conference hosted by Epicor Software. Users from around the world gather to compare notes and learn new ways to do business. It features a large general session, a tradeshow floor, and 700 breakouts.

Insights LIVE!

Epicor, a long time client, wanted to add a new feature to their annual user conference. With a newly added tradeshow floor, they wanted a way to showcase key users and Epicor executives to the attending audience as well as the cyber audience. Working with strategic partner, TSD, we created a stage that became a television studio. This two-camera set-up allowed the host to interview KOLs and Epicor Executives to a live, remote, and cyber audience. Insights LIVE! Is now a standard feature at the Insights show each year.

A Pharmaceutical Company that specializes in the treatment of PNH, (Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria), a rare blood disease, needed customer testimonials that would speak to the wide disparity of etiology and presentation that characterizes this disease. Shot in four locations across the US, this series of patient testimonials was designed to help physicians recognize the symptoms of PNH.

Pre-Oscar Party

Leeza Gibbon’s annual Pre-Oscar Cocktail party features celebrities of all kinds to help raise money for Dare2Care. KMG was called on to technically direct the show and call the cues for the live performance segment. The night featured performances by many, including Leann Rimes accompanied by David Foster, and appearances by Fran Drescher, Jamie Lee Curtis, and others. Money was raised and all had a good time.

To introduce its new Dreamstime 747 exterior designs, Qantas needed a way to excite the press. We staged a celebrity press event in the old Flying Tigers terminal at LAX that included the arrival of a 747, under its own power, on cue, for a press tour.

Tackling MS

This booth featured an interactive game, an interactive tour of the etiology of MS, custom animations, polls, and other participatory activities to assist neurologists with their treatment of multiple sclerosis. We created interactive learning experiences and game that drew a great crowd.

Venous Symposium

This event required the coordination of live ultrasounds on real patients. We created an actual exam room just off stage that featured live demonstrations throughout the day, blended with speaker support graphics and video, as leading venous doctors discussed sclerotherapy, thrombosis, and other venous issues. This 5-camera show gave medical professionals unique views of the disease state. This was produced with strategic partner Show Gear.
